SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

Delivery time

Shipping always takes place with our express couriers BRT, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and delivery times for goods ordered through the Site vary between 1 and 2 working days in Italy and Europe and 2 and 5 working days in the rest of the world, barring complications customs. The order will be processed within 3 working days from the crediting of the amount due.

The times indicated for the delivery terms are indicative and not binding for the Company.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs vary according to destination.

• Italy: shipping is free whatever the amount of the order
• EU countries: shipping is free for an order of more than 250.00 euros, below it is 30.00 euros
• Non-EU country: shipping is free for an order of more than 500.00 euros, below it is 60.00 euros

 

Right of Withdrawal – Shipping and Returns

The right of withdrawal is regulated in accordance with the law and the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to info@francomontanelli.it within 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods, requesting authorization to return.

Mode

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:

The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts.

The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer. Franco Montanelli S.r.l. is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Return Goods

The product must be returned to Franco Montanelli S.r.l. within 10 days together with the authorization form received.

Franco Montanelli S.r.l. will refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product, in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within 30 days of the return of the goods, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (customer’s IBAN code).

When the right of withdrawal expires

The right of withdrawal is lost entirely, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Franco Montanelli S.r.l. make sure:

– Even partial use of the asset and any consumables

– The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging.

– Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
